Food was great! I got the fish and chips and hubby the Po Boy Oyster sandwich. He loved it! Two oyster shots to end the night. Delicious! Beer went down great too!

My friend and I visited the Porthole Pub Bar and Grill this evening. We had to park around back because there are only a few parking spots out front. The atmosphere is definitely dive bar and the menu consists of burgers and fried food. Don’t expect fancy cocktails or special foods or anything crazy. The fish and chips I ordered wasn’t great, or full of flavor. The fish was flavorless and so was the tartar sauce that came with it. I would not recommend this place, but I do have to say the service was fantastic. Our waitress was quick and didn’t bug us too much. Props to the wait staff this evening.

I consider myself a foodie and a good cook this is one of those diamonds in the rough situations! Husband and I stopped in for breakfast Easter morning we were greeted with a smile and a Happy Easter! My husband & I both ordered the “Morning after breakfast “ with a side of sausage gravy! I’d say Comfort food at its best with great taste and the creamy sausage gravy was outstanding ! Awesome coffee and great service too!
Our waitress was beyond attentive and very friendly!
Love this place! Definitely would recommend this place to folks who enjoy good home cooking and are over 21 since it’s a pub
