We ordered 4 or 5 pieces from the company, all turned out very well except our sectional couch. The fabric we choose for our sectional couch started to pull away at the seams with in two months of our purchasing it. The company wasn't willing to fix the problem. Now, 2.5 years later, the couch has strings coming from all the seams and is quite an eye sore. I had expected a better quality for the price.

I had been searching all over the metro for a a leather couch and and didn’t realize most things were custom ordered when I came in. After sitting down with Julia she was extremely helpful and guided me to a great purchase. It arrived right at the eight week mark, which I found quick given the custom nature. I couldn’t be happier with the sofa, it’s well built and the service was as though I was shopping with a friend.

We recently ordered a new sofa and two chairs. Dana was so very helpfully in helping us pick out fabric for the pieces. The items came in ahead of schedule and the pick up was a breeze!
We will recommend Portland Furniture to everyone and we will be returning soon for more items!
