I was just in the Washington Square Mall pop-up shop. I was immediately greeted by a young handsome fella even though he was taking care of another guest. I saw this olive colored backpack. Had to have it! When I came back around picked it up, looked at it. Both the young lady and young man were quick to tell me all about the product. Waterproof zipper, water resistant bag, etc. The young fella, Cole, was very informative about the product, friendly, and smiley! Like he really enjoys working there! Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one!

I ordered a backpack online and opted for an in-store pickup which worked out to be quick and efficient (not counting the downtown parking shenanigans, but that's not these folks' fault by any means). The backpack seems well made, quite spacious, and reasonably priced as these things go.
