I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality knife!
After some searching online I got lost in the Reddit & Google recommendations and figured I would go and talk to an actual human that could help me. A young lady at the counter (I forgot to get her name but she was great) asked me a lot of questions about the type of knife I wanted and what my budget was. She then proceeded to lay out all my options on the table so I could pick them up and get a feel for them. Not only did she explain the different types of metal but also where they originated and a little history on the different manufacturers. She was like a human encyclopedia.
It was slightly more expensive to purchase from this store vs. online. However the knowledge they offer was priceless and worth more than the knife itself. I will be returning for my next purchase or when I need a sharpening. Thank you!
