Great store! Great selection and beautiful bags. Very clean and organized store. Penelope was amazing! She gave great advice, answered questions and helped me narrow down my decisions. Can’t wait to come back! 😄

I happily drive 4 hours round trip from Eugene to visit this fabulous store. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Top quality leather, gorgeous styles and great prices. In addition to purses and totes, they have a huge variety of leather accessories: wallets, makeup bags, journal covers. Truly my favorite store in Portland

This was my first time at Portland leather retail store. I recently purchased a purse online that I absolutely love and decided to drive three hours to visit the retail store. The two girls at the counter were friendly to me however I noticed some snobbish reactions when a customer walked in that was noticeably “different”. My son overheard them behind the counter talking about her while she was walking around. It doesn’t matter what they were saying, but it just was inappropriate and unnecessary. I decided to leave at that point. I hope the management reads the review I visited on Saturday September 14 around 4 PM. As far as their products go, I will give them five stars, but definitely not the retail store. I also got a better deal for the same purse online and the girls told me that it wouldn’t matter. It’s the same price online or at the retail store and it clearly isn’t. I’m still loving my purse that I bought about four months ago.
