This is by far the best customer service I've ever experienced with my BMW X5. Everyone here is super friendly, very courteous, and they take customer service to another level.
I was very pleased with the outcome of the fixes done to my vehicle, and I never felt pressured to pay for anything I didn't need at the moment.
I plan on taking my car here for all future maintenance and anything related to fixes, I highly recommend everyone do the same if you are BMW owner and not go to the BMW dealership in Portland or the surrounding areas.

Great shop. A bit pricy, but they provide a great service, take great care of your vehicle, and clean it when they’re done. Best of all? No upsells. I can trust that the work being done is actually what needs to be done and I can be on my way when it is! Don’t change folks, you’ve got a phenomenal customer experience.
I’ll be coming here for all work on my BMW going forward.
