If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. They did not pick up my furniture within the window that they promised and then did not show the next day until several hours after the window they committed to. Then they promised my items would arrive by a certain date and when they picked up everything, they quoted a different date. I told them initially when I booked the move I would be traveling and needed my things before I left. So basically they took all my things without doing any sort of inventory of them and said the best they could do is put it in storage.
The employees are fine people in terms of being respectful generally speaking but they are impossible to get ahold of and do not respond when you leave voicemail or phone messages. I’ve probably had to try to connect about 10 times before I can get in touch with a person.
I was told by them “transparently” that they have taken on too many jobs and they are sorry this hasn’t been a good experience, but that there is nothing they can do to make it right.
I’ve had to make so many adjustments based on the terrible experience I’ve had and poor service of this company. I hope no one ever has to have this experience that I have had. Moving across the country is stressful enough. Losing trust in this moving company has really magnified the anxiety of stress of a big life change, and they don’t seem to care to help at all.
