Recently purchased a Dr. Martens Hello Kitty Purse from them. Once I received my item it wasn’t in its new packaging and clearly came with wear on the inside and outside. It has small stains on the outside and shows wear on the inside of the purse. For paying over $200 for a bag that retailed $130 I would’ve expected it to come in new condition and not used. Don’t recommend this store unless you want items with wear on them. I own many Dr. Martens purses so I know when a bag shows wear.

If you've closely read even a handful of their reviews, you already know: DO NOT do business with Poser's via their web site. Mis-leading product descriptions, inaccurate inventory, HORRIBLE customer communication, and they WILL NOT reimburse you even when it is demonstrably THEIR FAULT that the entire transaction went south.

I felt robbed by this store. I purchased a pair of Dr. Martens yesterday. I paid $170 plus tax. I was browsing the web after I got home. I found out that Tilly’s sells it for $95, Nordstrom for $99, and Dr. Martens for $119. Chat with the store that can not match the price and they have a no-refund policy.
