Posh Property Management has been my Mangement company for a while now. They are always on time with a solution to any obstacle that came in the way for my properties. Anthony did a great job renting our apt unit. Communication is very important to us and he is very responsive to messages and texts - that is a big thumbs up ! We like to be very involved in the process and Anthony understands that and he made sure we were kept in the loop. He also does his best to accommodate requests and handle concerns and was able to find a qualified tenant in only a couple of weeks. Anthony will be handling our next vacancy and we will be happy to refer him to anyone.
