I love this place! Everyone is incredibly friendly, it's like walking into a friends house. Their friendly banter with the people in there (who I can only assume are repeat customers) is hilarious and I have noticed people will even walk by, open the door and say hi to them. They will also tell you when it is and is not necessary to send mail or packages a certain way (saves you money and stress). I won't go anywhere else.

I’m writing this review on behalf of a friend that wants to remain anonymous. At first this place was great they had good customer service like a lot of the other comments say, but then things changed with Peter. He was very short with me on multiple occasions , and then he started hanging up on me several times on the phone as well. I barely called and was a low maintenance customer and always was very cordial and polite to him. I can understand we all have bad days, but how many bad days do you need and why take it out on the customer? That’s where I draw the line and took my business elsewhere. On the other hand his sister was amazing. She is the reason I’m giving two stars and not one.

By far the best postal center I've been to, this neighborhood or elsewhere. I always get great service, and my dog gets a treat. They are kind and lovely people, and going to them for our shipping needs has become a real highlight for us living in West Hollywood. My dog gets excited when I say we're going to visit Peter. Thank you for caring, and for always providing a positive experience.
