I walked in with my son on a Saturday to get a legal document notarized. This is the difference to Seattle. First I just walked in and he could do it, no appointment necessary. Two he was fast, patient and competent. Usually you only get competent in Seattle provided you can even wait or come back the same day. I really needed this document right away so thank you for not wasting my time!

I have used postal annex since before COVID for all my shipping. Never had a problem until now but this was big enough to share. I do about 30 packages roughly per week all brought there as they advertise they do.
I brought a box. Filled with over $1000 of inventory in it. Customer calls me 3 days later to tell me it hasn’t been shipped. I am told by postal annex it was never checked in, never checked in by UPS, it was never brought in. Except it was they have us stack packages in the cove beside the counter. So sometime between us dropping and it being picked up the package vanished. I was told if you dropped it we would have checked it in sorry. Will never by any means do business or buy shipping supplies with this company again.

I went in on a Friday needing to mail a package for Saturday delivery to Seattle. The woman who helped me talked me out of paying $70 for overnight delivery by assuring me there was an option, through FedEx, that would get it there Saturday for $14. I, of course, chose that option. When I got home and began tracking the package I saw it was scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. What!?! I contacted FedEx only to learn that it had been sent FedEx ground, which doesn't deliver on weekends. It needed to be sent FedEx home delivery to be delivered on a Saturday. Postal Annex advertises the fact they will find the most efficient/effective delivery means. It's their job to know these things. So disappointing. Choose who you ship with carefully if you have a package that needs to get somewhere in a timely manner. Also, be very wary of employees with "in training" on their name tags. Clearly more training is needed.
