My 2 experiences here were mostly ok. One lady had kind of an attitude about the item I was shipping. The other ladies and dude were nice. They take prepaid packages but charge a drop off fee for items over 13 ounces, which is weird. I've used postal annexes many times in the past and this is the first one I've come across that charges a drop off fee. I sell stuff online so it's not lucrative for me to pay for a prepaid package. I probably wont go back.

I love Postal Annex! They are my go to when sending FedEx and UPS. They also have a great staff! They all remember my name and show me tremendous love and care when I go! And they keep positive energy, like they love their jobs and it makes a difference! I always leave here with a smile and i appreciate they allow me to breath when I come in there!!!! Great place!

The employee went through my passport application and told me how many mistakes I made and I had to re-do it....
Maybe your store should have those applications available?
I got frustrated and she took it personal, turned her back on me and walked away after I told her "it's not personal but it is frustrating". Then I approached her again as I was leaving to say I'm sorry and its not personal..... she ignored me.
*since the actual application directions on the form are vague.
