Twice now I've been in and had staff try to serve me without a mask. The first time I asked politely whether I could wait to be served by someone with a mask, and was harangued for the next 10 minutes by the lady behind the counter, about my "lack of understanding" for others. Today the man working there (I believe the owner) blatantly just walked up to the counter to help me with no mask on. I took a giant step back, and he obviously saw that I was uncomfortable, so he half-heartedly pulled a loose bandana up over his nose - but it kept slipping down, and he just left it. I didn't want to get into a big debate again, so I kept silent and just hurried through my transaction. I will not go back.

The Postal Annex has been our address for literally years. It's perfect; if the mail stacks up or packages come, we know they're safe. They do an excellent job. We use them for mailing all packages we send and find that to be a convenience I can't imagine living without now, especially as the holidays approach. The family that runs the place is like an extension of ours. Always a warm smile and more than happy to help. Often they go above and beyond the call. Totally recommend all their services and we've used pretty much all of them.

Honest and quick service. I just shipped some rather large packages to Alemeda CA and they coached me through the expected costs, best box size/weights etc. When I brought the boxes in to ship, they were very helpful.
I go here every time I have a quick box to ship or a return.
