Minus 5 stars, I provided a package February 11, 2022 and I included a letter to the recipient along with the original receipt, the store said they received the package today March 2, 2022, and my letter with the original receipt was not in the package. Of course the postal annex said the letter was packed but why would the store say it wasn’t in the package? Just awful to trust them with my belongings and trusting them to pack my stuff to have the process fail! Also why didn’t I go to the Postal Service that has a flat fee for two days shipping! Please support the United States Postal Service! I wasn’t offered anything just spending more time for a conversation, having them tell the store owner that they packed the letter. Not happy!

Awful place that should be avoided. Everyone there is extremely rude and conveys a feeling your presence is interrupting them from browsing Instagram. I get a weird vibe that any package left here is not secure. One person flat out said it doesn't matter how he acts since he gets paid anyway. Just terrible.

I had a last minute notary today and called 5 places. No one could accommodate me. I saw the low score reviews for this location in redwood shores and called as a last resort. The gentleman that answered was very friendly and I spent maybe 14min from the time arrived until I left. The notary was really nice and patient with me. I had a great experience and I won’t hesitate coming here next time.
