Not professional. No customer service at all. Blonde lady when we went in today almost broke the birthday gifts we were shipping out. They didn't even care when confronted. It is not cheap to ship from here, which is fine as long as they actually take care of the packages providing them business! Which today they proved they do not. Insane.
They helped print out my Bridal shower welcome sign and selfie frame. Not only did they keep me inform about the paper i selected, but they were also super helpful when i had to reorder the selfie frame. With my recent order, post net was quick to respond to my order request even when the request was a short notice. Caty definitely stepped up, per usual, assisted me and reassured me that my order will be ready prior to my event. She gave me such peace of mind. Post nets work is always clean, spot on, and everything i ask for each time. Good job and i will definitely keep going to them for any of my future orders!
