I went to see Grace to help with a few aches and pains in my arms and shoulders I developed from years of sitting at my desk. She did a comprehensive analysis, and then developed custom workouts for me to focus on my areas of concern. The PTX exercises involved a mix of stretching, strength, and balance - a bit like yoga or physical therapy. Grace is knowledgeable and I could start to see results in my posture & how I felt within a couple weeks. Highly recommended.
