The food and service here are great. I have ordered from here many times, but today I made a mistake when ordering online. When I went to pick up my order, the manager was kind enough to remake my sandwich. Thank you to to Potbelly in Bothell for making sure your customer was satisfied, I really appreciated it!

I'm pretty disappointed with how my sandwich turned out. There was barely any marinara sauce, meat, cheese, or mushrooms. It looks like it was thrown together and my first bite was all bread. I ordered the skinny version so I'm not sure if this is how they make all of the sandwiches that are skinny, but it was pretty terrible. But the woman who brought out my food was awesome!
