Okay-okay so potbelly is a fresh, hot yummy sandwich place. The food was super good and fast. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, salad and shakes and so much more. It was a fluke we stopped here but I'm glad we did and recommend it to anyone craving a warm yummy sandwich.

We buy sandwich frequently and I love their sandwich and soups. I had ordered veggie sandwich (or you can call it a sub too) 9 inch with whole wheat bread. The bread was soft and tasty and the sandwich was very tasty. Another was chicken sandwich which was customized with mayo, mustard and hot sauce was yummy.

Terrible experience. Sandwiches looked like garbage with rotten ingredients. First of all they took 1 hour to prepare my online pick up order. The app showed that the order is ready, but when I went to the store it wasn’t ready. I had to keep asking the staff to prepare the sandwiches and it took them another 45 minutes. When the order finally came, they got me the wrong sandwiches. And then I had to ask them to replace which took another 10-15 mins. Taste was really bad and I wish I could give Zero stars. Would never go to any Potbelly again!
