My family and I went to the annual lutefisk dinner here. I like lutefisk, but sadly the white sauce and Swedish meatballs they had available did not have any gluten free options: shame since as a kid before my Celiac diagnosis those were my favorite parts of the meal. As expected, none of the traditional cookies were gluten free either. The texture and consistency of food does tend to change when corn starch and gluten free flours are subbed for wheat flour, so I certainly cannot blame them. So I had to settle for the fish with butter sauce, potatoes and veggies. Everything else was absolutely delicious. Note to fellow Celiacs, mine is a milder case and cross contamination is always possible in any shared kitchen. For me, I did get glutened, but it was worth the day of GI issues caused by the Celiac a day and a half later.

Best view in poulsbo, members only club. Yes. Members only. If you like to have friends that know how to get down this place is for you. Take the time. Fill out an application, go to a meeting. It will be one of the best things you ever did. We love the SON and the vikings are a roudy group full of entertainment. Humbugs and salty dogs need not apply.
