I also lost money to Takeshia Seward. I tried to cancel our refundable deposit WELL in advance of the stated cancellation date.
She has yet to respond after almost 3 weeks. I've sent a reminder and still no reply.
NO service has been provided, yet she has kept my money. I sent her the deposit in good faith - with the full knowledge that it was refundable. This is NOT how I'm used to doing business.
I'm disappointed to say the least. And, I would be recommend you NOT using her or her business for your wedding or special event. Absolutely no communication, and no return of my money have been received.
I too will be pursuing channels to retrieve my money - again for which NO service has been given.
