Emil arrived on time, estimated the job to take 1 1:2 hours; he met his goal. Living room, dining room & 2 sets of quite dirty stairs. He gave instructions for carpet care, told me what to expect. He was professional, courteous and an efficient worker. Price was fair. I highly recommend Power Pup Clean for carpet cleaning.

Emir Sal did an amazing job on our living room and couch. We have two dogs and there are a lot of "pet stains" and smells and emir got rid of all of them! We have been working together for years and he always does the best job.

Emir went above and beyond to clean our home. We had moved out and were no longer living in Seattle. Unfortunately our key we left in our lockbox had frozen over, which is not something that happens in Seattle. He made multiple attempts with hot water to thaw the lockbox. He was successful and once inside a room had been unlocked from the outside, which he was able to open too. This was a multiple hour ordeal and we really appreciate the way her went out of his way to get our carpets cleaned especially with a few pet stains we had too. Highly recommend!!
