Kiyoko is such a wonderful provider! Not only did their support help alleviate the pelvic pain I was experiencing, but I also learned so much about my body and how to care for it. As a fat human, I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with the medical system & Kiyoko always made me feel heard, comfortable, and supported. I love how they’re truly trauma-informed, since pelvic care can be a vulnerable thing! I highly recommend them.

I found this practice online and was immediately drawn to how queer affirming it was, plus what an amazing range of providers co-located. I booked an appointment following an injury to my tailbone that was incredibly painful, and was absolutely interfering with my daily activities. When I met w Kiyoko they did a really thorough assessment, were super gentle, offered some really low -key options they could do to relieve my discomfort, as well as exercises I could do at home. They are also incredibly good at offering information and education about how and why these injuries can occur. I am not kidding when I say the next day following my treatment, my pain was more than cut in half, and after a second session (and continued exercises at home) I was virtually pain free. Will continue working with them to deal with some other pelvic floor needs following the birth of my child— again their approach to this has been really gentle and informative. Absolutely recommend them and am so so grateful to have found my way into their care!
