1 customer was in the store and there were 3 associates standing around on their phones 1 was bent over a couch backwards with their elbows on the seat and they told me i have to wait to go in. After 5 minutes of standing in front of an associate on their phone i walked away. Really inappropriate behavior and decorum for a place that prides itself on service.

The moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by Clayton, he asked what I was looking for and when I said I looked at something at the window he went outside with me and pointed it out to make sure I get exactly what I want. Clayton really took the time to show me every single purse that could possibly match what I was looking for Without putting any stress on me!
Best service in any of the stores here in the mall. They had the nicest selection compared to other stores such as Gucci and YSL.

Major racial profiling at this store !i wish i could write this review with 0 star ! The amount humiliation i got from this store and the Manager named jasmin is unbelievable! She has no skill of taking care of customers , definitely doesn’t like you if you an accent ! She could care less to help us , i am a very loyal customer to Prada and still she just didn’t care . We were so polite and just asked her to look for the items we bought before on our profile but she didn’t even want bother ! There was major racial profiling in this store. Shame on Prada for having such an unprofessional staff who call them self manager !
