I had an easement entry gate emergency. The swing door / gate was stuck open. The remote wouldn't do a thing and despite me cleaning the area, the sensors were not responding. I contacted the original installers, thinking they would at least come out and assess at no charge. But those jerks wanted to charge 400$ just to come out and see what the issue was. I was nervous as the property now was easily accessible and that's not a good thing in Oakland.
I found Ben and Josef from this company and they saved me! They responded to my late evening call immediately, they came out to my property and assess the situation promptly and at NO CHARGE. And fixed my issue in no time!
