Took my 2022 brand new jetta in there and specifically told them I didn't care how long it took to have all my tint done just be careful since the car only had 35 miles on it fresh off the lot. 4 hours later I was called that it was ready, they shattered my front window. A week later I brought it back in to have my glass fixed... they sliced both my front columns with the glass install and cut a deep section on my dash, said they would make it right after memorial day ( 2 weeks) I tried calling they blocked my number from the buisness phone, got the run around when I called the eugene office and talked to the owners wife( the only woman working at that location yet told me she wasn't in, verifying this info with the main worker at the albany location) to this day months later now I'm left with peeling tint, two cut columns, and a a destroyed dash.still haven't tried reaching out to make things right... I recommend if you value your vehicle please listen to this and never do buisness with them, when they wreck your vehicle they will never be honest and do the right thing
