4.9999999 stars. My only complaint was the pricing. I feel the pricing was a little excessive. $600 to replace the springs that roll the door up. Comes with a five year warranty, but that price seems high. Technician was great, quick and professional. After I asked him what he feels would be the best for me, it was smooth. Not sure if the company encourages their techs to upsell a little bit, but the other pricing was really outrageous. Especially for things that still work. They’re old, but they work.
