I have not visited a dental clinic for several years. While I have never been particularly fond of dental appointments, I must commend Precision for their exceptional service. They successfully alleviated my apprehensions and provided a remarkably positive experience, surpassing my expectations for a dental visit.

I had an emergency, the office seen me immediately. It was taken care of within forty five minutes. I was so Amazed that I went away with my old Dentist. The staff was so attentative and The Dentist explain my situation thoroughly. See you all next week

My mom had a disappointing experience with her dental work. She had a root canal and crown done, but a year later, the crown broke. She paid $200 for a consultation, only to be told that fixing the issue would require paying for the entire procedure again. With the amount she paid, we expected better care and communication. If potential issues had been communicated or if they had foreseen problems, other options should have been offered or referred to a better suited dentistry.
