Called Precision on a Saturday, while out of town. Tenants had called with "urgent issues" with the garage door. Willow answered, scheduled Matt for later that day. Matt showed up, solved issue with tenant, then called me to suggest solution. Wow. Great service all the way around. Decided our unit needs a partial rebuild so we'll schedule that when we return. Highly recommend this company based on service so far and I haven't even paid them for anything yet.

Update: Work completed. Fair price. Great communication, great work on a challenging rebuild. Again, can't say enough about Matt. He's a quality guy.
