Horrible company. Does not take any complaint seriously. Has repeatedly been told about their staff makes threats against tenants and has taken no action. Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience living in a Precision Management property (Park Townhomes in Puyallup) was outstanding in every way. The community was superbly managed. It had beautiful landscaping and the landscapers kept it looking great. The community was quiet and very well-presented with modern finishes inside and out. Any questions or maintenance that came up was always handled promptly and courteously. I was particularly impressed when a problem regarding my utilities came up (which was entirely my mistake) and I needed help to resolve. I received immediate support and communication to get things back on track. I am really pleased with my experience with Precision Management and highly recommend their properties to potential renters.

I lived at a Precision managed property from 2017-2023, this property is located in Redmond. My experience during that time was exceptional. The office staff Julie and Lisa, the maintenance supervisor Pedro really cared. I would highly recommend this company.
