Great experience working with Precision to replace my garage door. The technicians who came to give me a quote, was very knowledgeable, and when I asked for a higher grade metal, they talked me through choices of different quality levels, brands, and prices. So I knew I was getting a quality door. They scheduled out my installation, conveniently for me and showed up promptly. Though the job took them several hours in hot summer weather, the two installers still stayed longer to teach me how to keep the door lubricated, and how to work the new smart controls and push button controls. This door is a real lifestyle upgrade for my home, and Precision made it a smooth experience.

I contacted Precision when my garage door opener broke. They made an appointment with me over the phone and called prior to their arrival time to verify they'd be here. When they arrived, they fixed the door timely and were very professional. I really appreciate a company that has excellent customer service and timely response time.
