The installer was Bishop and he arrived a bit late but more than made up for it with his diligence and efficiency. We received a new motor, springs and rollers and everything works great. Very satisfied; no complaints.

Excellent customer service. Eddy came out and explained what I needed and I am very happy with his work. I feel like my garage door is working so much better. I will always use Precision as I was taken good care of. I feel like my garage door is safe now. I will be telling my friends how great Precision is. In fact I already told my friend that lives in Orange just minutes ago how great you are and she will be calling when she needs hers fixed. I would give 100 stars if I could. More companies should be like Precision on how professional they are, from the first call with Ashley to Eddy that did the repairs. Great job.
