I was struggling to find a solution to severe back pain after back surgery and I tried physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, etc., with no success. A friend recommended Precision Pilates and it changed my life. I soon found myself able to play sports again, wrestle with my kids, ski, and enjoy the physical activities I had previously given up due to the back pain. I am extremely thankful for Amber and her team and love going to my classes.

Precision Pilates changed my life 8 years ago and continues to make improvements. I had a minor injury that my doctor recommended drugs and P.T for. Instead, I found Amber and Precision. No drugs could compete with fixing my body at the root cause of the issue. Pilates taught me intentional body alignment and building strong muscles for a foundation that keeps my body healthier from the inside out. I have never had pain from this injury since beginning my practice with precision 8 years ago.

This studio makes me feel amazing and strong through stressful life and two babies! Highly recommend Precision, this studio is the very best at what they do!

This a great studio! The instructors are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. They put the people first and work with each individual to make sure they are getting the best out of their practice, not to mention they always have a smile on their face! I would recommend this studio to any one!
