My wife and I are senior citizens. When we recently took our two vehicles to Precision Tune Auto Care in Apple Valley, Minnesota for oil changes, we were very impressed with the honesty, integrity, and customer sensitivity of both the Manager and the Mechanic at the shop. Although the oil had not been changed on one of our vehicles for more than five months, they informed us that the existing oil in the vehicle was still in good shape since we had not yet driven the vehicle enough miles to justify having its oil changed. In addition, they told us that they could not justify taking our money for an oil change when the vehicle did not require one. Despite the fact that they didn't end up performing any service on the vehicle that required payment, they checked everything over for us and topped off the vehicle's fluids at no cost to us. Do you like honest mechanics? Great counter service? And speedy maintenance? Well, you've found it. Thought my car needed brakes, brought it in (no appointment). Jacob at the front was friendly, said they could get it done that day! I was very happy! Then I asked if I could get an oil change too (might as well). Jacob said yeah no problem. About 30 minutes after dropping my car off, Jacob calls, "You don't need brake pads or rodors." That's when I knew I had found my mechanic 🏡. They could have just charged me $$$$ and said nothing. These guys are honest, hard working and great pricing! Thank you for all you do!

The service was prompt, accurate and pricing very reasonable. Will go here for all my future vehicle servicing needs.
