I highly recommend this box. The coaches are great and work to make everyone welcome no matter what their skill level.

My favorite place of all time. The participants are like family and these are the best coaches in town!

Very friendly staff and members. I'm visiting from out of town but next time I'm in Spokane I'll definitely be back. Definitely recommend Predation CrossFit if you're looking for a gym.
