Customer service is hard to come by these days and this place was outstanding. They did a great job fixing my car after I got hit. We always try to keep our money local highly highly recommend Prefered Autobody.

Absolutely made my car way worse then it was before! Body work was done well and made the car look new. But be aware the people that work here shouldn’t mess with anything exhaust, suspension, wiring related or anything mechanical. They will mess your car up! My lug nuts were loose along with my exhaust and many other issues not to mention

This place has ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT for people's vehicles. Unfortunately Galpin Ford damaged my car and body work was needed. Although the damage was repaired. They TRASHED my car. Overspray from covering the inside of my vehicle, driver side door is black and looked gray from the white paint smudged all over. I have a trash can in my vehicle and they spilled MY trash and didn't bother to pick it up, my car reeks of paint still a week later. It's like they left all my windows down to repair damage on my trunk. Ridiculous! I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone. BEWARE.
