Unfortunately this my second time I’ve had to call for help because of a minor run in with my car mirror and the garage door. So who do I call? Yelm’s Mighty, Wonderful, Convenient, Premier Car Repair. I love the customer service, the prices, the promptness and the final results….perfect. The most friendliest people you ever want to meet. Brought my Jeep for repair from a rear end collision. They hoped right on it and let me know every step of what they were doing. It took a little longer than expected but that was due to parts being ordered. After completion. Jeep looked like new! Most impressive part. My Fire Fighter emblem, which I was sure it was going to be trashed, was put back on in perfect condition. However, and the reason for one star short, was that inside the cargo area was left with dried muddy foot prints from where it was being worked on. The inside cargo window plastic was muddy as well and new acquired scuff marks were added to entry way in cargo area. Something I didn't do nor dropped off to them like that. To Carstar credit. When I did call them and reported this. They offered to clean it up. However, I was on my way to work which was 45min away. Not able to do. Also, parking lot is small by design. Right next to a busy intersection. Sure, you can get your car fixed the right way. But one small turn and guess what. A new repair. And be sure to really watch out for cars at the intersections. Certainly convenient for customers.
