The worst reviews are older. Owners are in the process of renovations. The gentleman who checked me in was extraordinarily pleasant. Rooms are nice, but still very basic. The advertised microwave was not in my room. The hot water was on the colder side. Fine for 1 night. Neighborhood is a bit dicey. I give it a rising 3 stars. In another year, it might make it to 4 stars.

My experience at this hotel has been amazing. I have stayed here during COVID multiple times, and even before the pandemic started. Divyesh and the staff are very professional, courteous, understanding, and are the best staff I have ever interacted with. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have a modern feel. Compared to other places, Premier Inn is much cheaper, accommodating, and easily one of the best hotels you can stay at.

Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing! Thank you to Divyesh and his family for making my stay an amazing experience. The rooms are quite spacious and aren't too expensive. Plus, the location is close enough to everywhere I needed to go. I came to Oakland to visit a friend, and they would consistently check in to make sure I had what I needed. They truly make you feel like you're part of the family. I've been here a couple of times, and I know that I'm going to continue to keep coming back.
