We absolutely love our pool and patio!! Jason and crew went above and beyond our expectations. We paid exactly what he quoted us and the pool was completed with in the time frame he said it would be. Three years later, I can call Jason if I have any questions and he is as professional and helpful as always. Thanks again Jason!!

The install process is not easy. My patience was challenged and I must admit I was a little difficult myself at times. Jason was always very responsive and calm. Looking back now, I admire the way he was always brought sanity to the situation. As a small business owner, I am very aware of how difficult this can be at times. The end result has been worth the challenges, which were more than a few.

I stumbled upon Premier Pools & Spas after I solicited a referral within my community (Indian Palms Country Club). I was frustrated with the other BIG time pool company in our area that has great reviews, but in my experience poor customer service and lack of follow through. I spoke with Jason and told him our plan and dropped the bombshell of our very tight timeline. Premier Pools & Spas came in comparable in price to the other "BIG time pool company" perhaps a little bit lower, but what made our decision was the superior materials that were being used and the warranty on the pool equipment. Not to mention Jason was attentive answered my constant questions and fielded every change and new request with ease. Each week we received a personal update by phone from Jason and every email was answered immediately. If that isn't enough his foreman Tom was AMAZING as well. We scheduled an event and invited a house full of people from out of state to attend our backyard wedding knowing that we gave them an incredibly tight timeline to get this job done. As the day of our event approached Tom and his crew worked very long days and brought it all together just in time. Tom even picked up a huge palm tree in his truck bed and delivered it to our house the day before our wedding! We added so many last minute changes... and for all intents and purposes should have voided any promises Jason made to us to get this job done on time. Tom and his crew made the impossible happen and we were married in our yard and couldn't be happier with our completed project! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts PPAS!! This is a great company and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!
