First time using Premier Septic Services LLC. My septic alarm went off. Called them up. Since I was local & live pretty close to them. They were able to set me up with an appointment, the very next day. They even were able to come out earlier, then the set appointment time. Clarence diagnosed it really fast! Turned out to be a bad float switch. He replaced the float switch & everything was good to go. The pump was still working fine. He didn't need to pull the pump up. And he didn't try to upsell me, on getting a new pump. Other companies might have tried to make more money? Sell you a new pump & everything. Was really happy with their service! Will use them when my septic tank needs to be pumped out. Will use them for any future septic problems. They charge really fair prices, for their great work! Clarence really knows his stuff! I think Premier Septic Services LLC, is the best!!! Real hometown heroes!! I totally recommend them!!! I'm a really happy & greatly satisfied, new customer of theirs! They are really awesome & the best!!!

The previous owner of our house recommended them.
Premier Septic Services had the previous inspections and service of our system on file, which helped us know the service history of our system from the previous owner.
Clarence was out in a few days to inspect and make a few minor repairs to our system. He patiently explained why the alarm went off on our system, corrected two minor issues and got the system up and running perfectly within the cost of a system inspection.
He was efficient, knowledgeable and honest. He helped me better understand how our system works and how to maintain it to insure a long system life and avoid costly repairs. I highly recommend Premier Septic Services!

These folks are great! Amy, in the office, was very thorough in explaining what I would need for a home sale and which parts I could do myself. And Clarence, who did the pumping and inspection, knew his business well. He obviously had a lot of experience. He not only reassured us that the system was working well, he explained why. I highly recommend this company!
