I was accommodated on the same day. The registration was fairly easy with a basic knowledge of a smart phone. However older patients less savvy with electronics may have difficulty. Friendly and professional staff. Quick results. And almost any active insurance is accepted. I only wish the tests were done in an office or a closed facility instead of a parking lot.

The test site was easy to find, the process was east and the staff were very pleasant and professional. But..it’s been three hours and I’ve not received the results of the 20 minute test. Given the results are what’s most important I knocked off two stars. Update. It’s now 4.5 hours and no results from the 20 minute test. I’ve called twice and while the representative was quite nice I still don’t have results. Hoping I get the PCR results in the morning.

I loved their service and their friendly staff The nurse was a nice person, reliable and really helpful with all of my questions and everything i did not understand he helped me with all the steps i needed to complete my paperwork to take the test and after taking my Covit 19 test they were very swift with giving me my results i highly recommend them to anyone 🥰 Thank You Premium Health! P.s my test results came back negative 🤙🙌💪
