Although I'm not the one who purchased I was there when he promised to fix an issue with the car. Now calling to get the issue fixed 2 months later as requested sales person is telling us to use the warranty. Why, you promised your mechanic would handle it. Now we don't have nothing in writing which was suppose to be emailed and never was we even called a few times and was sent to a mechanic who told us to use the warranty, no that's not what we discussed. Plus how we know this issue is covered under the warranty which we just received. It's like a roll coaster. The car has been my hubs possession for less than 3 months and I'm so 😡 upset because the car is having more issues. Pass on this place if you want to purchase a car. Always follow that gut feeling, if it doesn'tfeel right its okay to walk away. Shame on Pre-owned Only dealership
