My husband had just been released from the hospital (after 6 weeks) and needed an eye exam prior to being admitted to rehab. These people kept us waiting over 2 hours when he could barely sit up in a wheelchair, he was so weak. Their wheelchair access is deplorable, their staff are rude including their doctors. We will NEVER go to this clinic again. I would give them NO stars if possible.

Except for the wait in the reception area after check in, which lasted about 40 min it was a great visit. The office had called to rearrange my appt time, so the lengthy wait seemed odd. Dr. Chen is great! She answered all our questions and explained things well. The upstairs staff was very helpful and polite and friendly. The best thing was that I didnt feel hurried through like I had with other docs at Cascade.

Dr.Q is amazing and is always fast, kind, helpful and remembers you! She cares about your skin, your confidence and she never recommends things you don’t really need.
The front desk staff is really kind and welcoming. I love the puyallup location and will keep coming here even though I live in Tacoma.
