I did extensive research on Rivian Certified Collision Centers and I'm extremely satisfied with Prestige from start to finish.
One of the best, if not the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced in any industry. Kevin was professional and very proactive with communication. He would tell me what day he'd update me and never once did he fail to do so. There was never a delay with anything from parts, repair, or communication.
My R1T only had 480 miles on it when it went in for repair and was complete in less than 1 month. The damage was not small either. Another reputable shop said repair would be 2 mos or more. Make no mistake, Prestige is very busy with Teslas and Rivians.
There were closer Rivian Certified Collision Centers but I chose Prestige despite the 1-1.5 hr drive one way specifically because of the reviews I read about Kevin. DO NOT hesitate to take your Rivian to him as he’ll make it look like it came off the showroom floor. Kevin takes pride in his word and work ... only makes sense the shop's name is Prestige.
The only thing they need to do is promote him to management. He is definitely an asset to Prestige and I will recommend him to everyone I know including Rivian.
