An excellent service that delivered results quickly and effectively. The main line goes to a live person to take your information and forward it to an investigator. They promised I would get a call back that day; and sure enough, I got a call back within a few hours. The person listened to my situation and gave me an upfront assessment. At the time, it seemed like he may not be the best person to help me, but he said send over the details and he'll see what he can do. The next day, he got back to me with all the information I needed. We had previously discussed an hourly rate but the one-time fee he ended up charging me was very reasonable. I definitely got good value for my dollar.

I want to add that even if he wasn't able to help me, I still would have given this 5 star review. It's important to recognize people for being straightforward, honest, and helpful. He also gave me some options for pursuing the case on my own. If you need private investigative services, I strongly recommend you call them first.
