I waited a few months so I could be fair review. I’m definitely not happy with the service I received from this dealer. I felt I was mislead and sold things that benefited them not me. For instance I bought a warranty they claimed it to be the best and I could use it anywhere. It’s actually the total opposite and now I paid $7500, on a useless warranty I’m having to pay for parts and labor out of my pocket. I had a pre approval through my cu, they went up an interest point lying saying the bank requested it, it was them. They also put a tracker in my car and charged me for it…if given the opportunity to do business with this group I’d definitely do business with someone else. They will definitely mislead you BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM!

I’m in Tennessee. Bought a truck from Prestige Motors. William was my salesman. We was awesome. I never saw the truck aside from pic and videos. Any time I had a question he went above and beyond to answer or make sure I was happy. They shipped the truck to me at an awesome rate and everything was smooth.
I’d recommend them and William 110%!!!

Jim helped throughout the whole process and was very welcoming. He made the whole process very comfortable and understood that this was going to be a big purchase for me. Therefore, he was very patient and understood I had a lot of questions. Rick was also very polite and informative! I really appreciate the both of them!
