I am beyond impressed by Prestige. They came to my house after I had fried 2 of my motors, and rapidly assisted in getting new motors installed. He gave me several options of potential solutions, and gave articulate explanation of repair vs. replace. Ultimately I decided to replace because I wanted the new technology, cameras, Wi-Fi, etc. They guided me to the best possible Liftmaster for our job. They also took the time to train me on all of the aspects of my system, and even cleaned up all of my existing wiring (which the builder had really poorly done).

Navid Rad was awesome, and a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs garage stuff done.

Our garage door was completely damaged and bent and we couldn’t get our cars out of the garage. I had no clue what to expect. I originally found Prestige Overhead Doors on Angie’s List but read their reviews on Yelp, so I felt a lot more comfortable with who I was getting a free estimate from and knew they were legit.

Navid messaged me right away and offered to come out that morning. He was professional and knowledgeable and also made us feel comfortable about getting our garage door fixed quickly. We had another guy come out before him but we didn’t feel as comfortable with the other guy.

Navid’s guys came out in a few days. They would have came the following day, but they had to cut and place vents on the door. The two guys worked efficiently and was done less than 2hrs. They cleaned everything up and took all the mess and the old garage door with them. They also put a light bulb in and explained how everything worked before they left.

After the job was completed Navid called us to make sure everything was running properly and to thank us for our business. He was even kind enough to offer us another clicker and personally dropped it off and helped me connect it to one of our vehicle.
