I work in a similar type of industry, and I had something pop up where I was hoping to reschedule, and I’ve never encountered a place where they still charge a full $130 appointment if you call to reschedule and cancel for that day. Not great customer service and seems like a cash grab. Charged my card for it and told me to get my money back from my insurance. Disappointing that they didn’t even try to keep my business and just asked if there was anything else in a weird tone. Unfortunately, will not be coming back and telling my friends and family to avoid this establishment.
