Membership has its privileges? - Not at Prestige.
Our experience over the past month is that both the Eureka Way and Hartnell location is that they will just tell you whatever they think you want to hear so that you will leave. They lie about follow-up and totally drop the ball on referrals. Returned to ask questions of the Dr. or PA about the implications of the delayed treatment and was met with more untruthful statements and told they would not be available. I have been extremely polite / cordial and am just totally in shock at the lack of care at this establishment. If you need more than an aspirin, don’t go here.
Arrived early as a walk-in and was immediately checked in. Very short wait time to be seen. Needed X-rays, which were in the facility (big plus!). Was in and out very quickly with complete explanations and resolve of my issue. Very impressed with the kindness of Trish and her tech gal. Great experience! THANK YOU
