Communication sucks. She gave me a date and time for my appointment. But she didn’t book it because I didn’t send a deposit. I reviewed the messages between us and no where did she mention a $50 deposit to book. I messaged her a few days before my appointment asking if there is any prep before the appointment and she sent me a picture of the prep. Like she could’ve asked for the deposit then or mentioned it. She could have said I haven’t booked your appointment because you haven’t sent the deposit and I would have asked for her info. I also massaged her the day of my appointment around noon and she didn’t reply. I messaged her that I was on my way and she didn’t respond. I called her when I arrived and she didn’t answer. I texted and waited 25 minutes. She showed up at 6:20 pm for an appointment with another client. She then tells me that she didn’t book my appointment because I didn’t send my deposit. She didn’t send me her info or explain how to send the deposit. All she said is she has Zelle, Venmo & Apple Pay. And I told her that I have all 3 methods. I just assumed that I would be paying her for the service at the time of my appointment since she gave me a date and time.
