I bought a used SUV here. I wish I could be writing a positive review now but given the number of shady circumstances that I experienced here, I must strongly recommend against Priceless Auto.
I test drove the car and came back a few days later to buy it. The dealer tried charging me almost $1000 more than the price had first agreed upon and factoring in a trade. After telling the new price, I told him it sounded wrong as I had a picture of the pricing from the last time we talked. After some back and forth he adjusted it but it was still over a hundred dollars more than expected. Finally, I looked at his computer screen and saw that he had marked up the purchase price. In retrospect, I should have walked away at this point, but I wanted to believe this was an honest mistake. I no longer believe this.
Less than 10 miles into the drive home THREE dashboard warning lights came on. There were none during the test drive. It seems clear to me the dealer was just clearing the warning codes before every test drive after I learned point #4.
Days later, thumbing through the paperwork from the dealer I realized that he had had me sign a Carfax report for a completely different, more expensive car than the one I bought. The report for my car is in the stack of papers he gave me but he never showed it to me and is the only paper unsigned.
I took the car to my mechanic to evaluate the warning lights. He determined one of them was an issue with the catalytic converter. Upon inspection, he found that the cat converter on the car was brand new, and does not even fit the car properly (causing the warning light to always be on). The repair for a proper cat converter from an official dealer costs ~$6000 on top of the $400 I already spent diagnosing with my mechanic. I specifically asked the dealer at Priceless Auto about a report of previous damage on this car and he said it was just someone messing with the ignition switch. I don't believe this was the case since the catalytic converter is BRAND new and the old one was likely stolen.
Tito was great! Held the car for me. Fully detailed and got some extras. I could not find a better deal in the entire Washington / Oregon area!
